Prepare by taking a warm bath or shower. Wet the gloves thoroughly. Optionally, apply your favorite cleanser to the gloves. Put on the gloves, one on each hand. Gently scrub your body in a circular motion, focusing on areas like arms, legs, chest, and back (avoid the face). Rinse the gloves and your skin as needed. Finish your bath or shower. Rinse and hang the gloves to dry in a well-ventilated area.

Important Tips: These body scrubbing gloves are intentionally rough for exfoliation purposes. When washing, please rub gently and rinse with water. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, and store them in a dry place.
